Russia's president has said that Stalin bears no responsibility for starting the Second World War, according to the Guardian http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/au ... a-medvedev
70 years from the signing of the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact between Germany and the USSR, the war is still causing considerable controversy.
