Emma Williams

Staff Writer, BBC History Revealed

Emma is BBC History Revealed’s wordsmith, covering all areas of history – from Egyptian pharaohs and Jacobean witches to Queen Victoria and Marilyn Monroe. A personal highlight so far has been interviewing Sir Tony Robinson. She studied both History and English at Swansea University as she’s never been able to choose a favourite subject. Don’t ask her to pick a favourite historical period either – she’s a real history nut! If she’s not visiting a castle or stately home, you’ll probably find her curled up with copious amounts of tea watching the latest period drama or reading a Jane Austen novel for the millionth time.
