Speaker bio: Dominic Sandbrook is one of Britain’s best-known historians. A visiting professor at King’s College London, he is also a regular BBC Historywriter, Daily Mailcolumnist and Sunday Timesbook critic. He has written eight books, including his bestselling series on post-war Britain, and has presented numerous BBC television and radio documentaries.
