August issue out now

The latest issue of BBC History Magazine is now on sale and is a Tudor special. Professor Eric Ives considers the lasting appeal of Britain's most celebrated royal household, while five Tudor historians – Steven Gunn, Ralph Houlbrooke, George Bernard, Susan Doran and Anna Whitelock – debate which of the dynasty’s kings and queens left the most significant legacy.
